Your Travel Experience with ARRIVAL
Day 1
ARRIVAL
Land, drop your snow gear at Yamato Transport counter – they’ll ship it straight to your lodge in Hakuba – and travel light into Tokyo. Check in at Shibuya REI Hotel (or similar), soak up the buzz and meet with the all ARRIVAL crew over optional izakaya eats – think sake, small plates, big energy.
Day 1 - 3
Yuen Shinjuku
A contemporary take on the traditional ryokan, Yuen Shinjuku is a rare pocket of calm in Tokyo’s most electric neighbourhood. Expect sharp minimalist interiors, tatami mat rooms and an 18th-floor onsen with skyline views. You’re just far enough from the neon to unwind, but close enough to dive straight back in when ready.
Day 1 - 2
Tokyo Stay
Two nights in the thick of it – Shibuya. From vending machines to basement bars, you’re right where Tokyo hums loudest. Explore, eat and dive headfirst into the chaos.
Day 3
Direct Train to Hakuba
All aboard for one of Japan’s slickest rides. Zip from Tokyo to the mountains in under four hours. No traffic, no hassle – just views, speed and snack carts
Day 3 - 8
The Nook Hakuba
A design-forward alpine stay in the heart of Wadano, The Nook blends Japanese simplicity with Scandi warmth. Think timber beams, clean lines, and mountain views from every room. Just a short walk to the Sakka lifts at Happo One and perfectly set up for après-ski downtime with a fireplace lounge, honesty bar and hearty breakfasts each morning. We’ve put on a private shuttle to the festival each night so that you don’t miss a thing.
Day 4
VIP Welcome Party
Kick off your Snow Machine run in style. Exclusive to VIPs, this Tuesday night party sets the tone – with DJs, drinks, and your first taste of alpine mayhem.
Day 4 - 7
Hakuba Lift Pass
Your four-day lift pass unlocks six interconnected resorts, 47 lifts and more terrain than you’ll know what to do with. From powder stashes to cruisy groomers – it’s all yours.
Day 5 - 7
VIP Snow Machine Pass
Skip the queues and level up the party. Three alpine nights of full-throttle music, mountain-top sets and exclusive access – including the opening night Welcome Party.
Day 7
Highlands Onsen
Post-slopes, sink into a natural onsen with full valley views. One included soak in piping hot mineral water – the ultimate recovery session before the final night blowout.
Day 8
Departure
Pack up, hug it out. Either bullet train back to Tokyo (via Nagano or direct), or branch off and explore more of Japan. No fixed route – just open tracks ahead.
