Day 1

Settle in, sip something cold, get your bearings. Intro to the waves and a group dinner under fairy lights.

Day 1 - 8

Dreamsea Surf House Portugal

Boutique eco-house tucked between Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and Portugal’s Atlantic coastline. Rustic comfort, soulful energy and just the right level of barefoot luxury.

Day 2 - 7

Praia Grande Surf Break

Welcome to Sintra’s salty playground – Praia Grande, where the Atlantic rolls in with clean lines and west coast punch. Whether you're paddling into your first foamie or chasing a glassy green wall, this break delivers consistency, space and that big ocean energy Portugal's surf scene is known for.

Surf Sessions

Expect a full immersion. Daily surf sessions blend water time with land drills, theory chats, skate training and optional video feedback. Whether you're fixing your pop-up or finessing turns, this is where progress happens – both on the board and in the body.

Yoga

Five hours of open-air yoga, tuned to surfers’ bodies and traveller souls. Flow, stretch and reset in shaded outdoor spaces that smell like eucalyptus and sea breeze. It's movement that heals, breath that grounds and just the right amount of spiritual connection.

Day 4

Sintra Castle Hike (Optional)

Trade your board for boots on this optional hike into the hills of Sintra. Wind through lush forests and ancient ruins where the fog clings to stone walls and stories linger. It’s slow travel at its best – elevated, historic and worth every step. Extra costs apply.

Day 2 - 7

Laid-Back Fire Nights

Each evening winds down around the fire with slow-cooked, farm-fresh dinners and whatever wine is flowing. It’s Portugal on a plate paired with good chat under the stars. Come hungry – that’s our motto.

Land Legs & Fitness Classes

Surf smarter, not harder. These land-based sessions build core strength, balance and stamina – think mobility drills, breathwork and functional movement. Designed to make your surf sessions smoother, your wipeouts softer, and your paddle-outs stronger.

Day 8

Departure

Early risers can sneak in a walk. Light breakfast, fond farewells and optional transfer to Lisbon.
