Day 1
ARRIVAL
Arrive in Tokyo and dive into city life. After landing, you can opt to forward your snow gear (at your own cost) to the mountains via the Yamato Transport counter – they’ll ship it straight to your studio in Hakuba – making the next few days luggage-free. Check in at Nest Hotel Tokyo Yaesu, just a short walk from Tokyo Station. From here, the city opens up: Ginza, Shinjuku and Shibuya are all within easy reach. Your first night is unstructured, giving you time to adjust and explore Tokyo’s food, fashion and neon chaos however you like.
Tokyo by Night (and Day)
Self-guided city adventure. Explore izakayas tucked down lantern-lit alleyways, brave the Shibuya Scramble, or shop like a local in Shimokitazawa. The city’s yours to roam.
Day 2
GMO Sonic Festival
Full-day pass (Sunday 18 January) to Japan’s wildest winter music festival at Makuhari Messe, headlined by Dom Dolla, Swedish House Mafia and Tiësto. This lineup AND Tokyo? Not to be missed.
Day 1 - 3
Nest Hotel Tokyo Yaesu
Blending modern simplicity with classic Japanese style, Nest Hotel Tokyo Yaesu is quite the hot property. Perfectly positioned between Happo Village and Echoland, it’s your stylish launch pad for mountain adventures, local eats, and nights out. Each studio blends sleek design with everyday ease – think kitchenettes, smart TVs, and cosy king or twin beds – all just minutes from Hakuba Valley’s best slopes and après spots.

Day 4 - 7
Hakuba Skiing/Riding
Four-day lift pass covering ten resorts in Hakuba Valley. Includes daily ski shuttles, allowing flexible access to a massive mountain range. Powder, park, or groomers – pick your flavour.
