Day 1

ARRIVAL

Welcome to the madness. Land in Bangkok, private transfer to your hotel, breathe in the heat. That evening, jump in a tuk-tuk for a rolling street food feast through Chinatown. No fancy menus here, just charcoal smoke, bubbling broths and whatever the locals are queuing for.

Day 1 - 4

Samala Hotel Bangkok (or similar)

A well-located four-star hotel with sharp recovery credentials – pool, decent breakfast and walking distance to markets and massage joints.

Day 1

Street Food Tuk Tuk Tour

A chaotic, delicious ride through Bangkok’s best bites – Chinatown’s after-dark eats with a local guide and private tuk tuk.

Day 2 - 3

Muay Thai Training – Bangkok

Proper Muay Thai fundamentals taught by the pros. Pad work, technique and a sweaty intro to the sport.

Day 3

Ringside Muay Thai Fight Night – Rajadamnern Stadium

One of the world’s most iconic Muay Thai arenas. The heat, the lights, the roar of the crowd – watching a fight ringside here is unforgettable.

Day 4

Domestic Flight (BKK → HKT)

One-way flight to Phuket with 20kg checked baggage included.

Day 4 - 8

Rawai Palm Beach Resort (or similar)

A four-star beachside resort in southern Phuket with a big lagoon-style pool, easy access to top Muay Thai gyms, and plenty of space to unwind. It’s got jungle-meets-coast vibes, with all the comforts you want after a day of training.

Day 5

Muay Thai Training – Phuket

Take what you’ve learnt and turn up the heat. Optional sparring, tougher drills, or dialled-back if you’re still sore.

Day 7

White-Water Rafting (Phang Nga)

A 5km jungle river course with rapids, chaos and a guide to make sure you live to tell the tale.

ATV Ride (Phang Nga)

Thirty minutes of trail-thrashing on a quad bike through dirt, mud and trees.

Jungle Zipline (Phang Nga)

Soar 150m through the jungle canopy – short but thrilling.

Monkey Cave Temple Visit (Phang Nga)

Explore a tucked-away temple in a cave, complete with golden Buddhas and curious macaques.

Day 8

Departure

One last breakfast, maybe a swim, then it’s time to transfer to the airport with a strong sense of achievement and the sense that you may have just found your new favourite hobby.
