ARRIVAL
Welcome to Mestre – Venice’s lively little sibling. It’s buzzing, welcoming and the perfect spot to kick off with a spritz and some cicchetto. Quick hop to Venice if you want, but for now, soak up those good vibes and get ready for an epic trip ahead.

Day 2
Explore By Vaporetto
Cruise Venice’s canals like a local on the vaporetto, hopping off to explore icons like Piazza San Marco, the Basilica and Palazzo Ducale. This is Venice done right: slow, scenic and full of surprises around every corner (and every stop).
Day 2 - 3
Conegliano Guesthouse
Tucked between vines and village life, a family-run guesthouse brings a laidback charm to your first night on the road. Think rustic warmth, local wine within arm’s reach and a view of the hills to ease you into the journey.
Day 3 - 4
Cison Stay
This one’s got stories in the walls – a castle-turned-inn perched above the village or a farmhouse hugged by trails. Either way, it’s steeped in history, surrounded by nature and full of character. Think aperitivo with a view.
Day 4 - 5
Cortina Lodge
Up in the Dolomites, expect an alpine lodge with mountain views, wooden beams and a welcome that feels like home. Right near the action but tucked away enough for quiet mornings and big skies.
Day 4
WWI Tunnel Hike
Follow a local guide through the dramatic wartime tunnels of Mount Lagazuoi. This short but steep uphill route winds through history and into panoramic alpine views, finishing at 2752m. A mix of story, sweat and scenery – with the option to ride the cable car instead.
Cortina d'Ampezzo
Stroll the stylish streets of Cortina d’Ampezzo, one of Italy’s best-known mountain towns. A hotspot for skiers, celebs and mountain lovers alike, it’s got alpine charm, high-end boutiques, and jaw-dropping Dolomite views in every direction.
Day 5
Lake Refuge
Close to Lake Braies, this cosy mountain stay blends alpine simplicity with postcard surroundings. Ideal for fresh air mornings and stargazing nights – the kind of place that makes you breathe a little deeper.
Lake Braies Boat Rental
Grab a wooden boat and glide across the emerald-blue waters of Lake Braies, framed by pine forests and rugged peaks. Prefer to stay on land? Walk the gentle 3.5km loop around the lake – either way, the views are straight out of a fairytale.
Day 6 - 7
