Roll in at your own pace, grab your transfer to Always Niseko in Kabayama, dump the bags, collect your lift pass, and let the trip begin. Breakfast is sorted from tomorrow morning. The bar is already open tonight.
Day 1 - 8
Ramat Lodge
Based in the quieter eastern side of Hirafu, Ramat Lodge feels more like staying at a mate's mountain house than a traditional hotel. Comfortable rooms, a cosy fireplace and an in-house bar where the stories from the day's powder turns tend to get better as the evening goes on. There's a pool table, darts, board games and a fully equipped guest kitchen for those nights when cooking beats heading into town. While you're tucked away from the crowds, the lifts and village are only minutes away thanks to the complimentary shuttle services. Throw in views of Mount Yotei, a welcoming social atmosphere and breakfast included each morning, and you've got a relaxed Niseko base built for skiers, snowboarders and anyone who values good company after a day on the mountain.
Snowgum Lodge
Ramat Niseko isn't trying to be a five-star resort, and that's exactly why people keep coming back. Niseko United Ski Pass
Four interconnected resorts, one pass, the freedom to ski wherever the snow is best each day. Grand Hirafu for wide open groomers and iconic Niseko terrain. Hanazono for deep tree runs and quieter lines. Niseko Village for variety and vertical. Annupuri for a different mountain entirely. All four connected by lifts, ski from one to the next without taking your boots off. Your QR code arrives 30 days before check-in. Number of ski days customisable, confirm in your quote request.
Day 3
Free Winter Shuttle
Free winter shuttle runs daily from the hotel to the Hirafu Welcome Centre and nearby chairlifts.
Day 4
Ski and Snowboard Rental
Available for the full duration of your stay. Confirm boot size, equipment preference and ability level in your quote request and the ARRIVAL team will have everything sorted before you arrive.
Day 5
Lessons
Available for all levels from complete beginners through to those working on specific technique. Flag in your quote request and we'll build lessons into your custom itinerary.
Day 6
Exploring Hirafu Village (Encouraged)
Off the mountain, Hirafu Village is 800 metres from the hotel and has everything you need and nothing that feels unnecessary. Convenience stores stocked better than most supermarkets. Ramen spots with six seats and a chef who's been making the same broth for twenty years. Izakayas where you point at things and they're always good. A few bars that get livelier than they look from the outside. Wander without a plan and something good will find you.
Day 7
Onsen Sessions (Encouraged)
After back-to-back powder days your legs will tell you it's time. Niseko has several onsens within easy reach, some rustic, some resort-style, all of them worth the visit. Slide into water hot enough to revive your body for the next day, stare at the steam rising into the cold mountain air. One of the non-negotiable parts of any Japan ski week. ARRIVAL will point you toward the right ones before you arrive.
Day 8
Departure
You'll leave with tired legs, likely a few new friends and that post-trip haze where normal life feels deeply unmotivating. That's the Niseko effect.
