Tour from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) to Hanoi (HAN), Vietnam

Your Travel Experience with ARRIVAL

Day 1

ARRIVAL

Touch down and hop on your included airport transfer straight into the heat and hum of Ho Chi Minh City. Motorbikes swarm, street food sizzles, and the city doesn’t wait for you to catch up. Meet your local host and the rest of your crew, then head out and explore the backstreets. Grab a market stall bite, sip on a cold beer. Or call it early if jet lag wins.

Day 1 - 3

Alagon City Hotel & Spa (or similar)

A central city base that puts Ho Chi Minh streets on your doorstep, with enough comfort to recharge between big days (rooftop pool, we see you).

Day 2

Cu Chi Tunnels Visit

Step underground into the narrow tunnel network used during the war, crawling through tight spaces and hearing firsthand how survival shaped everyday life.

Day 3

Mekong Delta Homestay Experience

Head deep into the Delta to visit a working brick kiln, cycle along dirt paths between stilted homes, and sit down for dinner cooked alongside your hosts.

Day 3 - 4

Mekong Rustic Homestay (or similar)

A family-run homestay on a river island. Simple, warm, and an opportunity to get to know the locals.

Day 4

Floating Market Cruise

Glide through the Delta at dawn as boats trade fruit, coffee and hot breakfasts directly on the water, no pavement in sight.

Day 4 - 7

Hoi An Royal Riverside Hotel (or similar)

A relaxed riverside stay just outside the old town, close enough to dip into the old town when you want to.

Day 5

Basket Boat Ride & Cooking Class

Spin through palm-lined waterways in round bamboo boats, then roll up your sleeves in a family kitchen to prepare dishes you’ll eat that night.

Day 6

Street Food Tour (Hoi An)

Follow a local guide through Hoi An’s backstreets, tasting your way from sizzling street stalls to hidden neighbourhood favourites.

Day 7

Hai Van Pass Jeep Transfer

Ride open-air over the Hai Van Pass, climbing through cloud-wrapped peaks before descending toward the coastline.

Day 7 - 9

Hue Ecolodge (or similar)

A locally owned lodge set in lush gardens. A welcome and spacious spot in the journey.

Day 8

Hue Imperial City Tour

Explore the vast Citadel with a local host, moving between monumental gates, faded walls and the quiet remnants of imperial rule.

Day 9 - 12

Tirant Hotel (or similar)

A roomy base on the edge of the Old Quarter. And a rooftop bar. Need we say more?

Day 11

Hanoi Like a Local Walking Tour + Cultural Show

Walk Hanoi with someone who calls it home, from temple courtyards to train-track cafés, before settling in for a traditional evening performance.

Day 12

Departure

One last breakfast, one last alley to wander, then you’ll make your way back to the airport with an included transfer. Yes, we guarantee a comedown on the plane ride back.
