ARRIVAL Takeover: Beyond the Valley Festival 2026

Tour/Activity , Australia

Your Travel Experience with ARRIVAL

Day 1

ARRIVAL

December 27. Check into Drifter Melbourne, drop your bags and get ready because tonight has is the start of it all.  An actual BTV artist is playing a set at Alfies Bar inside Drifter before the festival has even started. Exclusive to the ARRIVAL crew. A real live set in a bar in Melbourne the night before the coach heads south. Most people attending BTV are sitting at home packing their bags right now. You are at a pre-party with a festival artist and the people you are about to spend the next four days with. The coach leaves tomorrow morning. Tonight you’ll get a head-start of knowing everyone before you get into proper festival-mode.

Day 1 - 2

Drifter Melbourne

Drifter is not your average pre-festival stopover. A hostel that thinks like a hotel, sitting in the heart of Melbourne CBD with stylish private pods and shared bunkhouse rooms. Surrounded by trendy laneways, great coffee and some of Melbourne's best bars all within walking distance, but honestly you might not make it past Alfies. Alfies Bar is right inside the building and it is where the BTV pre-party kicks off on the night of December 27th. A BTV artist playing a live set before the festival has even begun, the ARRIVAL crew together for the first time and the energy of a group of people who are bouncing with excitement for the days to follow.

Day 1

Pre-Party at Alfies

The ARRIVAL crew together for the first time, the night before the coach heads south. Alfies Bar inside Drifter, an Untitled artist on the lineup and the kind of night that sets the excitement before you head towards the festival grounds.

Day 2

Coach to BTV. Let It Begin.

December 28. The coach departs Melbourne for Barunah Plains. 90 minutes south. The festival hype has well and truly begun. Which stage to go to first is already being debated. By the time the site appears on the horizon and the tents and stages come into focus the excitement is properly uncontainable. Check into your DeLux tent with dedicated entry. Drop your bags. Get your bearings. Find Main Street. Locate the Dance Dome. Work out where everything is before the night begins. The gates open at 8am, so arriving earlier means more time to settle in before the program kicks off properly. Tonight is Skepta, Disco Lines, Nia Archives, Armand Van Helden and Ewan McVicar across the stages. The first proper BTV night and a strong argument for going hard from day one.

Day 2 - 6

DeLux Glamping at Beyond The Valley

This is proper glamping. A canvas bell tent with a raised bed and premium foam mattress, proper bed linen, towels, power, 24-hour concierge, dedicated entry and VIP upgrade for all tent occupants. Available in 1, 2 or 3-person configuration. All DeLux tent occupants receive complimentary Valley Club access for the full festival duration.

Day 2 - 5

Beyond The Valley

Four days across the Valley Stage, the Dance Dome, Dr Dan's and every discovery venue in between. John Summit. Black Eyed Peas. Skepta. Ocean Alley. Armand Van Helden. The Veronicas. The Jungle Giants. The full 2026 lineup. Valley Club access for the duration. DeLux glamping throughout.

Valley Club

Your private playground in the heart of the festival arena. Shaded cabanas, sun lounges, private bar, VIP bathrooms, exclusive DJ sets, cold towel service, beauty bar sessions and free phone charging. The membership keyring is included in the ARRIVAL package.

Day 3

BTV Day Two.

December 29. Breakfast from the Food Village or whatever you snagged from the nearby General Store on-site. Spend the day travelling at your own pace.  Explore the Sanctuary for a moment of calm before things get loud again. Cool off at the Palms Pool House. Find the Red Bull Unforeseen hidden party or follow the POOF DOOF Cirque Du Slay somewhere unexpected. Pick up something at the Main Street Markets. Check in at the Valley Club, or simply hang at the campsite with new mates. Tonight is Ocean Alley, Overmono, Hannah Laing and Funk Tribu. A different energy to last night but equally unmissable.

Day 4

BTV Day Three.

December 30. By now you know the site. You know which shortcut takes you from the Dance Dome to Dr Dan's. You know where the water stations are. You know the ARRIVAL crew well enough to spot them and head in together.  Spend the day building toward tonight. The Lounge Room for conversations and podcasts. The Salomon Base Camp on Main Street. The Jack Daniel's House Party in Downtown BTV for anyone who loves a good house party experience. The Smirnoff Schmall Klub if you find it. Tonight. The Veronicas, Ocean Alley, The Jungle Giants and the rest of the December 30 lineup. Another extraordinary night on the Valley Stage.

Day 5

New Year's Eve. John Summit.

December 31. The main event. John Summit on New Year's Eve. Black Eyed Peas. The full thing across the Valley Stage, the Dance Dome and Dr Dan's running simultaneously into midnight. The greatest NYE lineup in Australia this year and you are standing in the middle of it with the ARRIVAL crew and 40,000 people. Spend the day recovering, rallying and building toward tonight. Valley Club in the afternoon. Cold towel. Private bar.  Get to the Valley Stage and feel energy build until midnight. The crowd will get denser. The music, louder.  Then the clock hits midnight and John Summit is on the decks and the year ends and the whole place loses its mind simultaneously and you will spend early January sending people videos of the mosh that they did not ask for.

December 31: New Year's Eve Countdown

John Summit. The Valley Stage. Midnight. The best New Year's Eve in Australia this year, without a doubt.

Day 6

New Year's Day. Coach Home.

January 1. Happy New Year and welcome to 2027!!! Scary how quick that flew by. Take the morning slowly. Pack down the tent. Say the goodbyes. Return coach departs for Melbourne, where you’ll be scrolling through all your content and witnessing post-festival depression. You will leave tired, sunburnt, slightly hoarse and already planning next year.
